The former National Chairman of the Republican Party, Mr Richard Richards, will visit UCLA and speak on the organization of presidential campaigns and electoral reform. The event will be a non-partisan to promote political awareness during the 2008 election season. All interested members of the UCLA community are invited. Lunch will be provided.
