message from the 2007-2008 executive board
On behalf of the 2007-2008 AGSA Executive Board, I would like to
welcome and welcome back all graduate students to our UCLA Bruin
community. The AGSA provides a forum through which students from
different graduate departments on campus can meet one another and work
together to make an impact on our campus community.
The AGSA has come a long way since its inception in 2001. In its
first five years it has hosted various networking, cultural, academic
and mentorship events to achieve its main purpose of reaching out to
the UCLA graduate student community and creating opportunities for
students to become active in Armenian graduate life on campus.
We welcome you to join us as we start off our next five years striving
to achieve new heights - greater outreach, new opportunities for
graduate students to get involved, and ensuring Armenian graduate
student life is a palpable part of the Bruin experience.
In Common Cause,
Raffi Kassabian
Executive Officer
Armenian Graduate Students Association, UCLA
