The Board consists of 18 members (including 1 Graduate and 1 Undergraduate Student)
Duties
The Board is the primary governance and oversight body for information technology and services at UCLA. It reviews and makes recommendations to UCLA's executive management and Senate leadership regarding information technology, including budget and policy matters, and strategic opportunities regarding investment in and deployment of information technology.
