The Graduate Student Associations and Assemblies from across the UC system are lobbying federal legislators to change the current visa system. To do this more effectively, we are asking every international student to share their experiences with the visa system. If you don't go home due to fear of not being let back in, don't go to international conferences, have had trouble returning, or had any other troubles, please let us know. We will use this information to direct our campaign and to convince legislators that things need to be changed. Currently, we have two requests for the legislature:

1. Enable students to begin the visa renewal process while in the US
2. All students be granted multiple entry visas.
