Registration

Registration is now closed.
Walk-in registration is available on the day of the event in the Ackerman 2nd Floor Lounge. Walk-ins are welcome (we encourage you to come!), but because the lunch order was placed based on registration numbers, we won't be able to provide you with a box lunch. The main orientation venue has many excellent, reasonably priced lunch options, so you won't have to go hungry!

Transportation

If you are driving to campus, please check this link about alternate routes to avoid Residence Hall Move-In traffic flow problems.

Graduate students with parking passes must park in their assigned lot. For students without parking permits who will be driving to campus, nearby metered/pay-station parking is available in Lots 4 and 6 for $8/day. For more information about parking, as well as using public transportation, please see the very, very helpful UCLA Transportation website.

*Schedule Conflicts*

The New Graduate Student Orientation is not intended to take the place of your departmental orientation. If your school or department has planned orientation activities on September 21st, you should attend those events.
