To schedule a writing consultation appointment click on an available appointment time. You will then be taken to the appointment registration page. Alternatively, you may call (310) 267-4805, between 9am and 5pm. If you have any questions about making an appointment or the GWC's services, you can also email us at gwc@gsa.asucla.ucla.edu. You may meet with a graduate writing consultant one time per week and you may schedule an appointment up to two weeks in advance. If you fail to show up for an appointment or provide 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will have to wait two weeks before scheduling another appointment.

In order to help you make the most of your appointment, all writers making appointments must fill out an intake form (click link to see form) and send it by email to gwc@gsa.asucla.ucla.edu the day before the scheduled appointment. It will take you a little time, but it will help the writing consultant understand what your writing needs are, and allow them to be prepared.
