As the Director of the Sustainable Resource Center, Jennifer sits on the Campus Sustainability Committee and is a liaison to other student and campus groups relating to sustainability. Jennifer aims to increase student-wide sustainability efforts on campus through a range of initiatives including a sustainability hackathon, a green film festival, and networking/panel events.
Jennifer has a background in business and environmental studies. Over the years, Jennifer has demonstrated the capacity to design, implement and oversee programs, and connect it with her knowledge of regulations, zero waste principles, resource management, and sustainability practices for businesses and communities. Currently, she is a graduate student pursuing a Master in Urban and Regional Planning degree with a concentration in Environmental Analysis and Policy.
