But in order to do that, we need a logo that reflects who we are. Each position carries a quarterly stipend of $600-$1300! Positions include both GSA Cabinet Directors and Campus-Wide Committees. Student Association Congress held this year at UC Santa Barbara between July
13 and July 17. External Vice President Monica Sanchez lead a delegation of
8 students to the event, including Eunie Kim (GSA LLR), Oiyan Poon (GSA
COD), and D'Artagnan Scorza (UC Student Regent Designate). Dustin Ancalade
(Social Science Council President), Lindsay Gervacio (Public Health Student
Association, Co-Chair), Kevin Fosnacht (GSEIS, Ph.D. student), and Cindy
Mosqueda (former GSA External V.P.) also represented and advocated on behalf
of all UCLA graduate and professional students at the event.
Oiyan Poon was elected President of the UC Student Association; Monica
Sanchez was elected Vice Chair of the Graduate and Professional Student
Committee; and Eunie Kim was elected Vice Chair of the Legislative Action
Committee for the upcoming year. Poon and Sanchez also attended the UC
