Membership

The board consists of undergraduates, graduates, and staff.

Duties

The board is responsible for the determination and review of operating policies regarding program scheduling, facility use or access, fiscal and management operations of the building, and any renovations or additions which alter the function or design of the facility. The board is also responsible for the annual review and approval of equipment maintenance expenses and the use of excess funds generated by the indenture program or gifts specifically designated for the program. The board establishes non-student and other usage fees.
