Safety
Safety is a critical issue in our community. There has been a series of break-ins and residential burglaries in University Village and it is highly recommended residents engage in safety practices to help prevent crimes. The general protocol of the burglars according to UCPD is that the suspected people have been knocking on doors to check if people are home before breaking into the facility. In almost all of the cases at University Village (mainly on Sepulveda), the break-ins have occurred in units that did not engage the deadbolt.

New Guest Policy
Management has recently proposed and the UASRA Board approved a new Guest Policy. This Guest Policy allows residents to register immediate family members as guests for up to one year. Guests are issued an Onity Card key and an identification card. UASRA encourages residents to take advantage of this new policy.
