UCLA’s chapter of Habitat for Humanity was founded only a few years ago in the Fall of 2002, so the club is still in the process of developing. Our mission it to encourage building, fundraising, education, and awareness about the realities of homelessness in the UCLA community in order to eliminate substandard housing.

Having a home is obviously one of the essential elements in life and so that is why we at HabitatUCLA feel so strongly towards this cause. Not only do we want to get UCLA students involved though the builds, but also we seek to involve the community through donations and fundraising events.
