Calling and conducting meetings of the Forum and the Council Presidents
Jointly responsible for Council expenditures with the Council Presidents
Jointly responsible with the President for Central Office expenditures
Chair of Graduate Resource Center Oversight Committee (GSRCOC)
Shall be acting President in his/her absence.
