Funding for
Individuals.

GSA works tirelessly to support policy changes that work towards making the cost of living in Los Angeles more affordable. However, we recognize that most of our student body is financial insecure. See below to find some resources of financial support.

1. Join Us.

GSA has a few positions available every year that are paid positions. It also appoints graduate students to certain campus committees that come with compensation. These positions are very popular and are appointed fairly early in the year.

2. Hardship Fund Program.

The UCLA Graduate Student Association Hardship Fund Program helps students with unforeseen expenses arising from a crisis. The fund offers limited help as a stop-gap measure in an emergency situation.

3. Campus Job.

Occasionally campus departments and offices want GSA to promote a job opening or a fellowship opportunity. We've collected all of the currently available opportunities on one page.

We aim to efficiently, compassionately and discreetly.

5. Student In Crisis.

Case Managers are key members of the Consultation and Response Team (CRT). Case Managers are available to assist student’s struggling with mental or physical health, facing an unexpected challenge or crisis, or experiencing a personal loss. They can support students by exploring options, identifying on-campus resources, and helping students to create a plan for their next steps.
